Stop by happy hour (5-7 p.m.) for $5 draughts including seasonal brews and the one-time-only Mary’s Maple Porter. Or, make a night of it with a special four-course pairing dinner ($60; seatings at 6:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.) that ends with a match made in hoppy heaven: Black OPS stout and cheesecake with stout-poached grapes.

Before he rolls out his new spring menu, “Top Chef” winner Kevin Sbraga is inviting guests for a front-seat preview. From April 23-26, he’ll serve five-course tastings ($55) at the restaurant’s “chef counter.” He’s looking for a little feedback, you’re looking for a lot of parsley risotto — get involved.

Spring has officially arrived at Center City’s Fish, where soft shells are being served up alongside those other April darlings, ramps, on nightly specials. As for the drinks, there are two happy hours to choose from: Monday through Friday’s traditional 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., and a weekend 11 p.m. to midnight nightcap.
