‘Rocky’ the musical brings the boxer to Broadway

Almost 40 years after Rocky Balboa ran up the art museum steps, he’s back for more — but this time he sings. “Rocky” is opening on Broadway March 13, withSylvester Stallone as co-writer and producer.

Visit Philadelphia is getting into the act with the Quintessential Rocky Tour of Philadelphia, aself-guided tour of sites from the “Rocky” films, from the Italian Market to the zoo to, of course, the steps and Rocky statue.

Fan can also enter the Ultimate Rocky Weekend Sweepstakes, including a night at a New York hotel, two nights in Philly, tickets to the Broadway show and to the art museum, and dinner at Victor’s Cafe in South Philly.
