Following a “Phase One” artist announcement in May, organizers of Jay-Z’s “Budweiser Made in America” Festival have added more acts to the lineup of the two-day concert set for the Benjamin Franklin Parkway Sept. 1 and 2.
Legendary rap troupe Run DMC, homegrown R&B superstar Jill Scott, rapper-singer Drake, Swedish garage rockers The Hives, British DJ Burns and Swedish electronica producer and DJ Alesso will join Pearl Jam and Odd Future – among other acts – on the second day of the festival.
Dutch DJ Nicky Romero, Austin blues guitarist Gary Clark Jr., English house producer-DJ Michael Woods, Swedish pop artist Otto Knows and California’s DJ Shadow will play the first day of the concert, along with Jay-Z, Passion Pit, the Mayback Music Group and more acts.
One-day tickets go on sale this Friday here.
