His threats, police said to NBC, were in response to a 17-year-old girl’s arrest after she allegedly threatened to commit acts of violence at the Chester-Upland and Chichester School Districts.
Whether or not Millbourne knew the arrested teen is unclear, according to ABC.
She was arrested on Tuesday and charged with making terrorist threats and unlawful use of a communications facility, ABC added.
