Second carjacker gets 45 to 90 years for killing mother and three children

Justice has finally been served for a mother and three young children who were selling fruit for their church from a roadside standwhen a carjacker slammed an SUV into them, killing all four.

Jonathan Rosa, 21, was sentenced to 45 to 90 years in prison Thursday for participating in the carjacking that ultimately ended four lives in July 2014, the Inquirer reported.

His accomplice, Cornelius Crawford, 25,who drove the vehicle, was previously sentenced to 50 to 100 years after pleading guilty to four counts of third-degree murder.

Three siblings, Keiearra Williams, 15, Thomas Joseph Reid, 10, and Terrence Williams, 7,were working at the roadside fruit stand at Germantown and Allegheny avenues on a Friday morning when thestolenToyota4Runnerflippedwhile taking the corner at high speed and plowed through the fruit stand.

All three children were killed. Their mother, Keisha Williams, 34, died from her injuries several days later.

Rosa and Crawford stole the 4Runner from a real estate agent who had been showing a property near 6th and Cumberland streets and sexually assaulted her in the vehicle while driving at high rates of speed. The agent and the two convicted men survived the crash.

Rosa had no prior criminal record and pleaded guilty after being arrested.

The two fled on foot after the crash but were apprehended within days of the crash.
