A man who was once paid to guard Philadelphia Eagles players’ vehicles when they were parked at the team’s Philadelphia hotel allegedly used one player’s bank account to steal more than $225,000 over a two-year period.

Federal authorities on Wednesday announced bank fraud charges against Robert Von Ryan, 37, of Philadelphia, according to multiple reports.

Von Ryan, while working as a security guard for Staff One Incorporated, allegedly went into Todd Herremans’ car at one point and jotted down the offensive lineman’s bank account and bank routing numbers.

Von Ryan allegedly made transfers from the player’s account to his own between late 2009 and late 2011 totaling $225,034.52.

The Eagles no longer use Staff One Incorporated for security services.

Von Ryan is not in custody. He faces up to 30 years in prison and a $1 million fine if convicted.
