SEPTA adds trains to depleted Market-Frankford line but delays continue

It was another slow-go Monday morning for commuters on the Market-Frankford line, a week after more than 100 cars were pulled from service when cracks were discovered in two cars.

The transit agency said it had added some cars to ease the delays on the line, which runs from Frankford to the 69th Street Transportation Center, but riders on Monday still reported overcrowding.
