The man who stabbed a passenger aboard the #66 bus on the 4100 block of Torresdale Avenue on Friday afternoon turned himself in over the weekend.
William Smalls, 27, of the 9200 block of Masland Street, turned himself in on Saturday, police said.
The altercation arose when Smalls allegedly refused to exit the bus despite not having bus fare and a 42-year-old passenger began arguing with him.
Smalls allegedly stabbed the passenger in the head and body before fleeing. The victim was listed in stable but critical condition at Temple University Hospital.
