Philadelphia police want help locating a man accused of sexually assaulting two teenagers after they stepped off a bus in the Oxford Circle neighborhood.

The first incident involving the suspect occurred on October 15, at around 12:15 a.m, according to a report by CBS. The incident happened in the 1200 block of Levick Street, where an 18-year-old woman walked west after getting off a SEPTA route 14 bus. The woman got off at Levick Street and Bustleton Avenue and was followed and approached from behind by the suspect.

It was reported that the man led her to a rear driveway in the 1200 block of Elbridge Street. That’s when he allegedly assaulted her, took her phone, and fled the scene.

The suspect is described as an African American man between 20 to 25 years of age; he is about 5 foot 8 inches with a dark complexion. He was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt during the first incident.

The second incident occurred on October 21 at 10:30 p.m. A 16-year-old girl exited a SEPTA 14 bus at Levick Street and Bustleton Avenue. It was reported that an African American man approached her from behind and pulled the victim’s jacket over her face. The suspect allegedly pushed her into an alley and told her not to make any noise then sexually assaulted her, took her phone, and fled. That suspect was described as having a large build, wearing grey sweatpants, white socks, and black slide shoes.

Police believe the same man is responsible for both assaults.
