Sixers ready for Minnesota

Samuel Dalembert’s mind clearly has to be on his family back in Haiti. But if it is, his recent play isn’t showing it.

Dalembert scored 17 points and grabbed 12 rebounds in Friday night’s 98-86 win over Sacramento.

He’s averaging 13.5 points, 14.3 rebounds and 2.8 blocks per game in his last six contests.

“As soon as the game starts, my mind is basically on the game,” Dalembert said. “I try to not think about anything. The game is a good distraction.”

Meanwhile, Andre Iguodala is struggling. The Sixers swingman has scored just 16 points on 6-of-22 shooting in his last two outings.

Iguodala is also dealing with a sore right ankle, which he tweaked against Sacramento. He’ll play against Minnesota (8-33) this afternoon and isn’t expected to miss any time.
