Shootout leaves 5 wounded in South Philadelphia

Five men were wounded after a shootout in a South Philadelphia Chinese restaurant on Monday night.

The shooting occurred just before 10:30 p.m. on Dickinson Street, according to police. The ages of the victims range from 21 to 45. All were transported to area hospitals by private vehicle, and are currently listed in stable condition.

At this time, no arrests have been made and no weapons were recovered. Police are urging anyone with information regarding the shooting to contact investigators at 215-686-8270. Tips can be submitted anonymously by calling or texting the PPD tip line at 215-686-TIPS (8477).
