The best party in Philadelphia in the fall is Feastival, the FringeArts fundraiser that attracts a thousand hungry guests eager to try dishes from the top chefs in the city. This year’s event takes place Thursday, Sept. 17, at the new FringeArts building at Race Street and Columbus Boulevard. Tickets sell quickly.

The FringeArts venue transformed a once-quiet corner into a lively restaurant, bar, outdoor beer garden and, of course, a theater for Fringe performances. The 19th annual Fringe Festival, at the theater and all types of other spaces around the city, from a gallery to a graveyard, is Sept. 3-19.
Tickets for Feastival start at $300 for general admission, and go up to $500 for early admission and access to the Audi VIP lounge. In addition to the expertly crafted cocktails and phenomenal food, the evening will feature theatrical performances and an auction.
Here are some of the participating restaurants we’re excited about, from Iron Chefs, “Top Chef”s and Philly favorites:
• Laurel
• Morimoto
• Sbraga
• V Street
• Vernick
• Volver
