On Monday, March 17, 48 Record Bar is offering a St. Patty-themed celebration with both entertainment and special drinks. Guests can enjoy the “Tipperary” ($17) made with Redbreast Irish Whiskey, Punt e Mes Vermouth, green chartreuse, and angostura bitters, or opt to sip on an Irish Coffee or an extensive list of whiskeys.
WXPN’s Ian Zolitor will also be on-site to curate a night of Irish music, plus two live sets will take place at 7 and 9 p.m. Tickets (TBD pricing) will be available soon online.

Cake Life Bake Shop
Those looking to celebrate in a sweet way can do so with Cake Life. The Bake Shop will be offering three specials: A Bailey’s Irish Cream Cupcake ($5, a chocolate cupcake topped with Bailey’s Irish whipped cream), Shamrock Sugar Cookies ($3.50, shaped as the iconic Irish symbol), and an Irish Potato Latte ($5.50, crafted with cinnamon coconut syrup.)
All beverages are made with housemade vegan syrups, plus, the Irish Potato Latte can be made vegan by using non-dairy milk upon request. The specials are available now (in-store) through March 16.

Liberty Bell Beer Garden
Sunday, March 16 is officially dubbed Irish Night with Dave Kelly at Liberty Bell Beer Garden. From 5 to 9 p.m., Kelly will perform live, plus the venue’s kitchen will be serving up specials like bangers and mash and a Dublin Coddle, while the bar will offer frozen cocktails featuring Jameson, Proper Twelve, and Baileys. No ticket is needed, this event is pay as you go.

South Street is celebrating the lucky holiday with a Parade Day Party on March 16. From 2 to 7 p.m., the area of 2nd and South at Headhouse Square will feature pop-up bars, food and fun activities.
Famous 4th Street Delicatessen
Any locals looking to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day in Philadelphia at home are in luck with Famous 4th Street. The Delicatessen is offering a special Reuben Kit for the holiday. The Classic Kit ($120) features a choice of 2.5 lbs of corned beef or pastrami, 1 lb of Swiss cheese, a ½ loaf of rye bread (8 thick slices), a pint of sauerkraut, a pint of Russian dressing, four pickles, and a large potato pancake. For those who prefer a leaner cut, the Extra Lean Kit is also available for an additional $20.

This locale will be offering two nights of different Irish events: March 15 will hold a concert with The Get Reels and Protagon Music (starting at 8 p.m.), while March 16 will feature performances by dancers from the Coyle School of Irish Dance (between 6 and 8 p.m.) Plus, Philadelphians can sip on a brand new drink by Mason Dixon Distillery or some Irish coffees all weekend long.

Those looking to hit a party for St. Patrick’s Day in Philadelphia can head to Yard’s Brewery on Sunday, March 16. From noon to 5 p.m., the venue will host live music, a face painter, and plenty of Irish food specials, including loaded potato soup, a corned beef Reuben, Basset’s Irish Potato Ice Cream, and more.
