Stephen Starr’s Parisian bistro is open longer than most restaurants on Thanksgiving day: 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Order a bottle from the extensive wine list and a cheese plate to snack on, and then select from the Thanksgiving-themed menu. This is a prime people-watching spot, set right on Rittenhouse Square: Try to get a table near the oversized windows.
