International break for all but six clubs
Heading into the fifth week of the 2022 MLS season, 22 teams have a full international break. They get the week off, while six MLS clubs play in three mtaches on the upcoming weekend. Why MLS just doesn't take a full week off for international play, we'll never know. Here's a look at the teams who don't get the week off.
Saturday, March 26
Charlotte vs CincinnatiKansas City vs Salt Lake
Sunday, March 27
Portland vs Orlando
Week five starts this coming weekend. Charlotte and Cincinnati meet for the first time in what many are calling a battle of the worst teams in MLS; even though both teams won last weekend and played some good soccer. SKC and RSL meet in a match that could be a changing of the guard. Salt Lake is off to a hot start, while Kansas City has not looked their best early in 2022. The weekend ends on Sunday where an east vs west game takes place. Portland and Orlando are trying to move their way up the early season table, could this game be the one to help do just that?
