Pennsylvania State Police have issued an Amber Alert for a newborn abducted from the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.The two-day-old black male child was taken from the hospital around noon today by Tonya Dixon, 39, a black femalelast seen wearing cream-colored pants, a yellow shirt, black jacket anda long black wig.Dixon fled in a silver Dodge four-doorsedan driven by an unidentified person.The child, who had an alarm sensor attached to hisumbilical cord, is in need of medicalattention. He was last seen wearing a diaperand a onesie.Anyone with information about the abduction is asked to call 911 immediately.
