PHILADELPHIA. With the Way to Work program slated to expire at month’send, 40 people took a bus to Washington, D.C., yesterday to lobbysenators to continue the stimulus-funding initiative. An estimated12,000 Pennsylvanians, including more than 2,500 in Philadelphia, facelayoffs if the program doesn’t continue.
