Today marks the Philadelphia Hoyu Chinese American Association's fourth annual Hoyu Folk Culture Festival.Various activities will be conducted to honor the memory of the dead and ancient Chinese gods including a parade from 12th and Vine streets in Chinatown around 11:30 a.m. to the Friendship Gate at 10th and Arch streets.Large wooden puppets, a lion dance, a traditional opera and Chinese food will round out the celebration, named for a village on China's southeastern coast.
