Holding her young son outside a Philadelphia courthouse yesterday, an angry and tearful Kim Pawlowski said the fact that her husband’s killer wasn’t sentenced to die meant “Justice was not served.”A deadlocked jury led to admitted cop killer Rasheed Scruggs being sentenced to life without parole. Jurors couldn’t agree on life-or-death.“No matter what they said, nothing was going to give you back your husband,” Judge Renee Cardwell Hughes said.
