Police are investigating a double shooting in West Philadelphia that critically injured one late last night.Police responding to 60th and Upland streets shortly after 11:50 p.m. found a man, 23, shot in the head. He was taken to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in critical condition.A second man, 24, was shot in the hand and is stable.Police have not yet determined a motive or suspect.
