The Blue Devils dug themselves out of an early hole and rallied to beat Syracuse, 16-10, Monday at Lincoln Financial Field. It marked the third time in program history that Duke had appeared in the national championship game.Brendan Fowler was named MVP after controlling the face-off circle, winning 20-of-28, including 13 straight draws. Jordan Wolf tallied four goals for Duke, with Josh Offit and Josh Dionne each adding three scores.Duke advanced to the championship game after beating Cornell, 16-14, Saturday afternoon. Syracuse got to the title tilt by defeating Denver.Fowler and Wolf, along with midfielders David Lawson and Jake Tripucka were named to the championship's All-Tournament team. Dylan Donahue, JoJo Marasco and Dominic Lamolinara earned the honor for Syracuse.
