This might be the cloudiest offseason in recent memory for the Eagles. We don't know what A.J Brown's future holds despite constant affirmation that he will remain in Philadelphia, there are some big contract extensions on deck for the likes of Jalen Carter, Nolan Smith to battle with, and of course, the ever-present need to find a TE to grow behind Dallas Goedert.
The Eagles need to reinforce the Safety spot with depth after bidding a tough goodbye to Reed Blankenship. Cooper DeJean could move up, but it then opens a need at the nickel spot. Either way, expect an influx of versatile DB talent alongside some bulk on the defensive front.
There's also the potential need to start developing Lane Johnson's heir. The Eagles have done a fantastic job in turning water into wine through drafting late-round talents, but without Jeff Stoutland at the facility, one has to wonder whether or not the Eagles will aggressively push for a higher-tier player out of the gate.
