Start your engines, Philly families — weekend plans just got a little faster.

Whether you're raising the next Formula 1 fanatic or simply looking for a unique family outing, F1 Arcade Philadelphia is inviting parents and kids to put the pedal to the metal with a new Family Experience package that combines racing, food and a little friendly competition.

Launched May 23, the new offering gives groups of three to five racers — with at least one guest under 18 — a chance to compete head-to-head on the venue’s full-motion racing simulators with a discounted group rate.

Available during the first two hours of service on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, the Family Experience includes a 25-minute racing session featuring three head-to-head races, with each participant getting their own simulator.

Pricing starts at $39 for three guests, $49 for four guests and $59 for five guests.

Of course, every race day needs fuel.

Families can order from F1 Arcade Philadelphia's full food and beverage menu before or after hitting the track, with shareable dishes, soft drinks and a lineup of alcohol-free mocktails featured on the venue's "Designated Drivers" menu.

Among the standout sips are the Mule in the Paddock, made with Almave Mule, spiced ginger, lime and soda; the Cool Down Lap, featuring Pentire Adrift Negroni, Coastal Spritz, Roots Divino Rosso and Mallorca melon; and the Circuit Bloom, a refreshing blend of Pentire Seaward Spritz, Mallorca melon cordial, elderflower, lemon and saline. Other options include the cucumber-centric Phantom Overtake and the tart cherry-infused Perfect Line, which combines Pentire Seaward Coastal Spritz, Red Bull and tonic.

Younger racers have their own menu to enjoy as well.

Weekend brunch is served until 3 p.m. and includes options such as a brunch sausage sandwich on a toasted brioche bun or buttermilk pancakes topped with seasonal fruit and Chantilly cream.

For lunch or dinner, kids can choose from favorites including cheeseburgers and fries, fried chicken tenders, an Impossible burger, pepperoni or margherita pizza, and macaroni and cheese. Every kids' entrée comes with a brownie and a drink.
