The traditional treat for the Jewish holiday Chanukah is “sufganiyot,” jelly-filled donuts fried in oil and dusted in sugar. Philly’s donut innovator Federal Donuts is putting its own spin on the Israeli favorite, selling 20 honey-dipped mini donuts with raspberry jam for $15, available by pre-order only (orders@federaldonuts.com). Pick up is at the 1632 Sansom St. or 701 N. Seventh St. locations.They’re only being made during the holiday, known as the Festival of Lights, Dec. 16 to 24.
