Philadelphia art teacher Dyymond Whipper-Young is creating a record-setting 6,450 square foot drawing inspired by the upcoming World Premiere of "Crayola IDEAworks: The Creativity Exhibition" at The Franklin Institute. The local teacher is showcasing her creativity with inspiring visuals throughout the world record drawing. The previous record-holder was an Italian artist, with a 6118.96 square foot drawing set in 2020.

With a blank canvas and one black Crayola Project XL Marker to start—Whipper-Young took inspiration from the upcoming exhibition as she freehand sketched on the floor of The Franklin Institute's Mandell Center, where the exhibit will be open to the public in February.
