A man was shot, killed and left to die early Saturday morning in a vacant lot in North Philadelphia, police said.Officers found the man with a gunshot wound to his chest just before 1 a.m. in the 1500 block of North 19th Street, 6ABC reports.RELATED:Two arrested in Archbishop Ryan HS shootingThe man was taken to Hahnemann University Hospital where he was pronounced dead.The man’s name has not been released.
