A bartender at McFadden’s Restaurant has filed a class action lawsuit against the tavern and its parent company, claiming racism and racial segregation are “mandated,” the Daily News reported.The suit, filed on behalf of Michael Bolden, alleges that a manager at the Old City location told another manager in a text message that “we don’t want black people we are a white bar!”
