Lacroix at the Rittenhouse Hotel

Locals can celebrate Mother’s Day with an elegant, all-day brunch at Lacroix (complete with a backdrop of Rittenhouse Square). The meal will be offered from 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on May 10 and will include a French-inspired, multi-station menu featuring a raw bar; carving stations with dishes like Dijon-glazed salmon and dry-aged duck breast; and brunch classics like pain perdu and frisée aux lardons. Visitors can also expect an assortment of cheeses, pastries and desserts, plus live violin music from Judy Kang. The meal comes out to be $150 per adult and $75 for children under 12; reservations are available via Opentable.

Aqimero

Aqimero will be hosting a festive Bubbles & Brunch on Sunday, May 10, from noon to 5 p.m. Set inside The Ritz-Carlton, the five-course experience (priced at $125) features options like coconut ceviche and oysters, Tres Leches French toast and a crab benedict.  For those looking for extra festivities, Aqimero will also host a special Mother’s Day edition of its Boozy Tea ($95) on Saturday, May 9, featuring cocktail teapots, curated bites, and live music. The Wayward

The Wayward is hosting a Mother’s Day brunch that blends dining with creativity: Guests can enjoy a curated brunch alongside a Build Your Own Bouquet Bar (BYOBB), where they can create custom floral arrangements to take home. City Cruises

For a unique experience this Mother’s Day, families can bring the special lady in their life aboard City Cruises Philadelphia. There’s the option of their Mother’s Day Signature Afternoon Brunch Cruise (boarding starts at 2 p.m.) or the Mother’s Day Signature Dinner Cruise (boarding starts at 6:30 p.m.) Each sail will offer chef-prepared cuisine, classic cocktails, and prime views of the Philadelphia skyline. Love City Brewing

In celebration of all moms and mother figures, Love City Brewing is hosting its Blooms and Brews event on Saturday, May 9 from noon to 8 p.m. Set in the brewery’s outdoor garden, the celebration will pair spring florals with classic Kölsch-style beers, and in between sips, attendees can build their own bouquets or craft flower crowns. The event is free to attend, with drinks and activities available à la carte; RSVPs are encouraged via Eventbrite.

Dolce Italian

There are two festive dining options for Mother’s Day at Dolce. Families can start the day with brunch from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., featuring a special lobster omelette and a complimentary mimosa for moms, or opt for a $45 prix fixe dinner from 5 to 9 p.m. — which also includes a mimosa to toast the occasion.

Forsythia

On Sunday, May 10, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., this Philly French hotspot will serve a chic four-course Mother’s Day brunch ($95 per person) featuring a house-baked pastry assortment. For one day only, Bolo — Yun Fuentes’ Latin American dining room and rum bar in Rittenhouse Square — is opening its doors for a special Mother’s Day brunch from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The à la carte menu will serve up dishes like Tostadas Francesas (Cuban bread French toast with sweet plantains in syrup), Arepa Tostada (topped with ropa vieja, avocado purée, and a sunny-side-up egg), and Huevos en Cazuela (baked in a charred tomato sofrito). Glen Foerd

Glen Foerd is celebrating Mother’s Day with an event dubbed Buttercream & Bubbly. Set for this Sunday, May 10, from noon to 2 p.m. within the estate’s historic mansion and riverside grounds, this experience invites guests to sip mimosas while learning cake decorating techniques. Led by Alexandra Niemiec of Cakes N’ Bakes, participants will frost and design their own cakes—no prior experience needed. Each guest leaves with a finished cake, and tickets ($60) include complimentary mimosas, a giveaway entry, and time to explore the picturesque grounds. For those who still want a classic celebration, the hotel’s on-site restaurant, Square 1682, will also be offering special Mother’s Day brunch options on May 10.
