Police have charged a man with murder in a Kensington shooting that was initially reported to be accidental.Robert Jones, 36, allegedly shot Sandrea Smith, 35, once in the head inside his second-floor apartment on the 2100 block of East Somerset Street shortly before 3 p.m. Saturday. She died on the scene.Some outlets reported early on that Jones accidentally discharged his gun while cleaning it, but police said today that he was taken into custody for homicide.
