Police are investigating a shooting at a SEPTA El station in West Philadelphia.The victim, 34, was shot in the stomach shortly before 2 a.m. at the 60th and Market streets stop.He was taken to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in stable condition.A police spokeswoman said that he is currently undergoing surgery and unable to be interviewed due to his condition.
