Credit: People of SEPTAPolice expect to have the man caught masturbating on a SEPTA bus in custody soon, they said today.The identity of a man filmed masturbating on a SEPTA bus is known to authorities, and a warrant for his arrest is being processed, said public affairs officer Jillian Russell.In the disturbing cellphone video of a Friday morning incident that was posted to the People of SEPTA Facebook page, a woman recorded the man masturbating directly next to her on the Route 23 bus.The woman filming the incident criticized the man for his actions and pointed out that a young girl was behind him, even showing the girl on the video.Reports say the man was later thrown off the bus by the driver.His name has not been released.
