Joel Embiid (right oblique strain) is questionable for the Sixers' upcoming matchup against the Chicago Bulls, according to the team's Tuesday night injury report.

Embiid has missed 13 games and has played suited up for the Sixers since suffering the injury in a 124-117 win over the Miami Heat on Feb. 26. It seemed he was close to a return during the Sixers’ recent road trip after the team listed him as questionable for their game in Sacramento against Kings on March 19, only for him to be ruled out for not only that game, but the team’s next two as well.

After going the entire month of January without an unscheduled absence, Embiid has missed every game so far in March, only playing in five games since the start of February as he’s dealt with knee flare-ups and his new oblique injury.

If Embiid plays, he will be joined by Paul George, whose 25-game suspension is officially over. George will return for the Sixers on Wednesday and is expected to play without restriction.
