SOUTHWEST PHILADELPHIA. The FBI announced a $10,000 reward forinformation leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsiblefor a series of home-invasion robberies targeting Asian-Americanbusinesses and homes in Southwest Philadelphia and Delaware County.
