The new late night rendezvous is now open downstairs fromLe Bec Fin at 1523 Walnut St.“We felt Philadelphia had an intenseneed for a casual sophisticated hotspot with unparalleled food andcreative mixology,” says Executive Chef Elmi, “Tryst’s distinctatmosphere – from design to cuisine – will serve as the perfectcomplement to the city’s nightlife renaissance.” The dynamic chef teamhas created a modern French menu featuring innovative and contemporarysmall plates like truffle and foie gras arancini and jumbo lump crabcocktail with mustard and malt vinegar. Classic Le Bec Fin dishes arealso available upon request.
