Police are investigating a North Philadelphia double shooting.Two men, both 30, were each shot in the leg on the 2500 block of Somerset Street around 10:30 p.m.They are in stable condition at Temple University Hospital.A police spokeswoman said that investigators believe the shooting to be drug-related.
