Stratus Rooftop Lounge is launching a series of guided yoga, reiki, and sound bath classes this month, kicking off this Tuesday, May 6, with Slow Flow & Yin Yoga with Healing Sound Bath on the Roof hosted by instructor Kelly Friedberg.

Offered on select Tuesday evenings, the series is a healing experience held under the stars at Stratus Rooftop Lounge that combines gentle movement and deep stretching, designed to release tension and restore balance to both mind and body.

Each class starts with a gentle slow-flow sequence to unwind, then moves into longer-held Yin poses designed for deep stretch and release. Throughout the session, experienced sound alchemist Jayme Rose enhances the experience with the soothing vibrations of the gong, creating an atmosphere of calm and mindfulness. The class ends with a restorative sound bath while receiving Reiki in Sivasana, promoting relaxation and healing.

Priced at $50 per person, this 75-minute class takes place on May 6, June 24, July 15, and Aug. 12 at 7:30 p.m. Tickets for Slow Flow & Yin Yoga with Healing Sound Bath on the Roof can be purchased via EventBrite.
