Just in time for the holiday season, a new home full of crave-able creations has officially arrived in Philadelphia.
Taylor Chip, a purveyor of all-natural cookies, ice cream, and now even coffee, officially opened their newest store, located at 1807 Chestnut St. in Center City, near Rittenhouse Square. Celebrating their grand opening on Saturday, Nov. 16, the delicious desert spot is now serving the city of Philadelphia, featuring 30 cookie flavors, and 12 ice cream flavors.
Founded in 2018 and led by Doug and Sarah Taylor, the Lancaster County-based company prides itself on the use of more natural ingredients, skipping shortening and high-fructose corn syrup for natural butter and house-made syrups. Taylor Chip includes vegan options on their menu, allowing all folks to enjoy their delicious variety of cookies, coffee, and ice cream.
Not only does Taylor Chip believe in the value of using natural ingredients, but they also in the importance of community. As a part of this location’s grand opening, the company donated one cookie to the patients and family members at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) for every cookie sold.

A second Philadelphia location is set to open shortly in Fishtown. The exact date of the grand opening has yet to be determined, but it won’t be long before Philadelphian’s will have their choice of where to grab delicious treats from made with 100% in-house coffee syrup, an all-natural mix, and one of the widest array of delicious cookies you will find.
Both locations will introduce their new “Cow to Cone” all-natural ice cream.
