Tractor-trailer jackknifes on I-295; icy roads cause traffic mayhem

A tractor-trailer jackknifed across I-295 this morning around 5 a.m., hitting a car and knocking a salt truck that was de-icing the highway.
CBS Philly reported there wre no injuries in the three-vehicle accident inPaulsboro, Gloucester County but the morning rush was a mess and only one lane was open.
Cold temperatures and dangerous road conditions also forced delayed openings at several area schools,CBS reported.
