A 19-year-old woman was arrested for allegedly stabbing a man to death inside a West Philadelphia rooming house on Saturday afternoon.
Malika Henderson, 19, was charged with murder early Sunday morning, according to online court documents.
Police say an argument led Henderson to stab a 40-year-old male several times in the abdomen using a shard of glass.
Police were called at 12:57 p.m and responded tothe 1500 block of North Conestoga Street.
Witnesses reportedly police the name and description of Henderson, whowas located and arrested at the nearby Rite Aid Pharmacy, at Conestoga Street and Landsdowne Avenue.
The victim was pronounced dead at 1:40 p.m. at the Hospital of University of Pennsylvania, according to police.
The victim’s name has not been released pending notification of his family members.
