Original article:A 25-year-old man is in critical condition after he was shot in the head walking home from a corner store in Philadelphia’s Oxford Circle neighborhood Wednesday night.

The shooting happened about 11 p.m. near Magee and Castor avenues, NBC10 reported. The victim was rushed to Aria Health-Torresdale Campus in “extremely critical condition,” Philadelphia police said.

Investigators reportedly recovered a single shell casing in the area. A motive has not been determined, and police did not immediately release a suspect description.
