Stephen Starr and Aimee Olexy’s Center City hotspot has a special potion that Philadelphians can sip on for the holiday. The Love’s “Love Potion” is described as a seductive tiki rum super punch boasting almond liqueur and a hint of the tropics, priced at $16.

Dolce Italian
Located inside of the W Hotel in Center City, Dolce is serving up a special bright red negroni for Valentine’s Day. The “Beet Root Negroni” is described as a colorful twist on the classic Negroni made with gin, carpano classico and beetroot juice. Philadelphians can order it up at the establishment’s bar, or take it to a table to pair with some pasta.

Continental Midtown
At the end of last year, the Continental unveiled a new cocktail program aimed at sprucing up the flavors but bringing the libation experience back to the basics. While there, visitors can sip on “A French Kiss” made with Beefeater gin, fresh pineapple, framboise, lemon citrate, and pandan elyxr or the “Strawberry Sake Colado” featuring nigori sake, strawberry, lilac taro, tarragon, and rice milk.
Those who head to the venue on Feb. 14 will also be able to sip on the Valentine’s Day special, the “Lovers Leap” made with American brandy, strawberry gastrique, and fresh lemon, topped with sparkling wine.

If sushi is your fancy for the love-filled holiday, why not add on a pink sipper for the occasion? The “Watermelon Boba Fishbowl” at POD features citrus vodka, sake, watermelon, sencha tea and blueberry boba.

Barnes Foundation
On Valentine’s Day, the Barnes Foundation will be hosting a love-themed dinner party from 6 to 9 p.m. The event will feature romance-inspired cocktails along with a four-course dinner for $145 per person. While there, the themed cocktails will be flowing with options spanning the “Long-Turm Relationship” with vodka, turmeric, lemon, orange and tonic, the “Heart of Gold” boasting rum, turmeric, almond milk and spiced brown sugar, the “Bouquet of Roses” featuring gin, rose, raspberry, lemon and rose wine, and the “Nuttin’ but Love” boasting vodka, almond, hazelnut and almond milk.
Dishes include a warmed hummus mezze with roasted fennel and sumac drizzled in mint and garlic pesto; pan seared branzino; harissa braised beef short rib; charred Vidalia onion; gilded chocolate lava cake bites, blueberry cheesecake torte, spiced carrot cake and more as options. Those who attend will also get champagne truffles to take home.
