Police are looking for a man caught on surveillance camera Friday night stealing $1,600 worth of used tires and hydraulic jacks from a North Philadelphia auto yard.
Video footage shows the man at 10:15 p.m. climbing over a fence and into the yard of the Hunting Park Tire Shop at 440 E. Hunting Park Ave.
The suspect can then be seen inspecting and stacking tires against the fence and climbing on top of them.
Police said he threw several used tires and hydraulic jacks valued at $1,600 over the fence and fled in an unknown direction.
The man is described as a white or Hispanic male between 20 and 30 years old. He was last seen wearing a dark-colored jumpsuit with a hoodie underneath.
