Police are looking for an AK-47 wielding suspect accused of gunning down four different people – killing one of them – during two separate shootings earlier this month in North Philadelphia.

Portions of both crimes were caught on surveillance camera.

Investigators on Friday released the video in an attempt to gather information about the high-powered weapon and the man allegedly using it.

Police said the AK-47 was used during a shooting in Franklinville on April 6.

Two men were standing at the corner of 7th and Venango streets shortly before 10:40 p.m. when a man fired dozens of rounds at them, according to investigators.

One victim, 36-year-old Tyrone Rosser, was shot and killed.

A second man, 42, was shot in the leg.

Authorities said ballistics tests linked the slaying to a second shooting on April 13, a week later and about seven blocks away.

Police said two men were crossing 7th and Clearfield streets shortly before 11 p.m. when a gunman followed them and opened fire.

The victims, aged 36 and 19, were each shot one time.

They both survived their injuries, as did the owner of a neighboring Chinese restaurant who was injured when a bullet smashed through the wall and shattered a glass counter.

The city, together with the Philadelphia Police Department and the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge No. 5, is offering a $30,000 reward for the recovery of the gun and the suspect.
