Two men who walked down a Queen Village street while casually slashing tires did so with smiles on their faces, according to surveillance video.
Philadelphia police recently released the video, which shows the two men smiling and laughing as they participate in a vandalism spree that police said damaged 30 cars.
The gleeful tire slashing spree happened around 2 a.m. on the 100 block and 300 block of Queen Street, 800 block of South Swanson Street and the 800 block of S. Third Street, police said.
