VIDEO: Shooting caught by surveillance camera in North Philadelphia

Philadelphia Police released a video today of a shooting of a 26-year-old man in North Philadelphia.

 

The man was was walking on the 1200 block of Huntingdon Street around 7 p.m. on Nov. 11 when an unknown man started shooting at him, police said.

The man was hit once in the elbow and lower back. He was transported to Temple Hospital for his injuries.

The suspect is described as a 25-year-old black man with a beard and mustache.
