VIDEO: Upper Darby Police Superintendent Michael Chitwood reenacts violent narcotics bust on ’90s TV show ‘Top Cops’

While doing some YouTube browsing over the weekend, we stumbled across this video of former Philadelphia police officer and current Upper Darby police Superintendent Michael Chitwood narrating a reenactment of a Philly narcotics bust in which the suspect shot his partner, then attempted to use a baby as a human shield to escape.

The clip is from the first season of the early ’90s television show “Top Cops,” in which police officers narrated film dramatizations of memorable moments on the job.
