A few ways to celebrate and watch the Eagles in the playoffs in Philadelphia

It’s time to bleed green. If you’re looking for some ways to spend your weekend with the Birds, here are a few options to celebrate and watch the Eagles in the playoffs in Philadelphia.

Xfinity Live!

This spot is a no-brainer for sports fans due to its close proximity to the stadiums. Football fans can watch all of the NFL playoff games with one of the city’s largest TVs (at 32 feet) while a live DJ spins tunes. The venue will be showing all NFL playoff games for the Divisional Weekend, including, of course, the Birds vs Giants game this Saturday at 8:15 p.m.

Doors will open at 11 a.m. on Saturday morning (21+ beginning at 1 p.m.) with a cover, according to a release. At this time, table reservations are sold out for the Birds game, but there are still some limited tables available for the 4:30 p.m. playoff game and pre-game inside NBC Sports Arena and 1100 Social.

Tables in Broad Street Bullies Pub and Victory Beer Hall area are first-come, first-served all day, and standing room is available in all venues. Tables can be reserved by emailing paula@xfinitylive.com.

Blessed in Distress Apparel

What better way to celebrate your team in the playoffs than by dressing to support them? Philadelphia sports fans can wear their tailgate and game-day apparel in a new way thanks to the newest clothing company in town, Blessed in Distress. The local South Philadelphia clothing line was created by Jennifer Basille in 2020, and the brand will now launch its new 2023 Collection and website on Jan. 21, right in time for the big game.

The new lineup from the company includes highlights from three distinct and bold collections: Arch, Badge and Bell. The collections represent the featured patterns on the items such as the Liberty Bell (Bell), an Arch, or a unique badge, and of course, the colors of Philly’s favorite professional sports teams, including the Eagles.
