West Philly man with crosshairs tattoo charged in month-old homicide

Philadelphia Police have arrested a West Philadelphia man who they say killed a man one month ago.

Munir Pankery, 21, was charged Tuesday with the Dec. 28 slaying of Anthony Hinds, 42, the Daily News reported.

Hinds was reportedly shot in the back on Spruce Street near 59th Street about 1 a.m. on Dec. 28.

No motive is listed on the police report.

Pankery reportedly has a lengthy criminal record, including charges for aggravated assault and gun and drug offenses.

He is scheduled for a Feb. 22 hearing.
