The Kimpton Hotel Monaco in Old City is inviting all Philadelphians looking to continue their New Year’s resolutions and workout junkies to get fit and happy this weekend at their annual fitness and wellness expo, Resolution Rx. The weekend fun starts on Saturday, Feb. 9, when the Kimpton Hotel hosts their charity ride at the Revel Ride Studio (1632 South St.). All proceeds from the charity ride will go towards the nonprofit organization Back on My Feet. Alumni who have benefitted from Back on My Feet will be present at the studio to talk about the huge impact the organization has had on their lives and also ride with the rest of the group. 

Then on Sunday, Feb. 10, Resolution Rx will be in full swing. Resolution Rx will feature a whole day full of interactive classes and healthy activities showcasing local studios and wellness partners to help the community stay dedicated to their wellness and fitness resolutions. Participants donate $7 for any class they wish to attend (there are oh so many to choose from) and entry also gets you complimentary healthy refreshments, meet and greets with local wellness vendors and access to a relaxation lounge.

Philadelphians can attend a number of fitness classes from local organizations such as Three Queens Yoga, allongée, Boss Chick Dance Workout, City Fitness, Real Girl Pilates and SerenaFit Virtual Training Studio (the class will be in-person). Tasty treats will be provided by Red Owl Tavern and RXBAR and wellness vendors offering services to participants include Summit Acupuncture, Cryo Philadelphia, Anthology Wellness CBD, City Hydration and Soom Foods.
