A woman and two children were struck by a tow truck in North Philadelphia Monday night, CBS Philly reported.
The incident took place around 7:00 p.m. on the 3300 block of B Street when the tow truck struck the 24-year-old woman, the 1-year-old and the 4-year-old. The children were reportedly being pushed in a stroller.

According to investigators, the truck driver had a green light when the woman was crossing the street.
“When I ran out, it was a woman, and she had all this blood just gushing out her mouth,” Stephany Garcia told ABC Philly. “It was just sad. The kids, one of them looked like it was passed out, and when they picked them up, one of them was crying. The other wasn’t moving.”

The children were taken to St. Christopher’s Hospital, while the truck driver waited for paramedics to arrive at the scene for the woman.
